摘要
通过剖析供应链应急物流及其系统的内涵,提出基于经济因素的供应链应急物流系统与基于非经济因素的供应链应急物流系统的逻辑模型及建设要点,并进一步探讨了供应链应急物流系统的信息预警、组织协调、风险评估等机制建设。
This paper defines the connotation of supply chain emergency logistics and supply chain emergency logistics system,puts forward the logical models of economic-factor-based supply chain emergency logistics system and non-economicfactor-based supply chain emergency logistics system as well as the key points of the system construction.Above that,this paper makes a further discussion about the information early warning mechanism,organization coordination mechanism,risk evaluation mechanism and etc.
