摘要
目的探讨解决脑卒中恢复期患者在家庭护理中的进食障碍问题的方法。方法我院管辖街域内新发或复发脑卒中患者中吞咽障碍50例,分成两组:观察组31例,采用常规护理及吞咽功能训练,对照组19例,只给予普通护理,按照病程自然恢复。观察两组患者吞咽障碍改善情况。结果观察组31例患者中25例有效,有效率达80.65%,对照组5例有效,有效率为26.32%,两组间有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论吞咽功能训练对改善脑卒中患者吞咽障碍有明显效果。
Objective To investigate the methods to solve the eating disorders problem in patients with cerebral apoplexy during convalescence family care.Methods 50 cases cerebral apoplexy patients with swallowing disorder were divided into two groups： the observation group（31 cases） was treated with normal nursing and swallowing function training,and the control group（19 cases）was only given ordinary nursing,and recovered according to the natural course.The improvement of swallowing was observed in both groups.Results In observation group,25 cases were effective,the effective rate was 80.65%;in control group,5 patients were effective,the effective rate was 26.32%,there was a significant difference between two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Swallowing function training is effective to improve swallowing disorder in patients with cerebral apoplexy.
