摘要
目的：探讨早期护理干预对脑卒中患者吞咽困难的疗效观察及临床分析。方法：2010年10月至2012年10月期间，我院诊治的60例脑卒中吞咽困难忠者，随机将其分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（常规护理基础上，给予吞咽功能训练），对两组临床疗效，进行观察和比较。结果：与对照组相比，观察组的有效率显著升高，P〈0．05。结论：对于脑卒中吞咽困难忠者而言，给予早期护理干预，能够显著提高临床疗效，改善患者的预后质量。值得临床推广。
Objective：To study the clinical efficacy and clinical analysis of the early care interventions used in stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods：Sixty stroke patients with dysphagia in our hospital during the period from Oct 2010 to Oct 2012 were randomized into the control group （routine care） and the observation group （based on the routine care, add the swallowing function training）. The clinical efficacy was observed and analyzed between the two groups. Result： Compared with the control group, the observation group efficiency was significantly increased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion.. For the stroke patients with dysphagia, the early care interventions can obviously increase the clinical efficacy and improve the quality of the prognosis, worthy of clinical promotion.
