摘要
目的:研究核桃分心木化学成分。方法:利用色谱方法进行化学成分分离与纯化,并通过现代波谱分析及化学方法鉴定结构。结果:分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别为催吐萝芙木醇(1)、2-乙氧基胡桃醌(2)、二氢槲皮素(3)、柚皮素(4)、儿茶素(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)。结论:分心木中富含酚性成分,化合物1-6均是首次从分心木中分离得到。
Objective：To study the chemical constituents from Diaphragma juglandis Fructus.Methods： The constituents were separated and purified with chromatographic methods and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods and chemical analyses.Results： Six compounds were identified as vomifoliol（1）2-ethoxyjuglon（2） texifolin（3） naringenin（4） catechin（5） and β-sitosterol（6）.Conclusion： D.juglandis is rich in polyphenolic constituents.All compounds reported in this study were isolated from D.juglandis for the first time.
