摘要
刀具微钻的前角是否合理直接影响微钻的钻削加工以及刀具的使用寿命,因此要对前角进行测定。通过DJCLY-92B光学测量仪对微钻切削刃上点的测量,用3次样条求出切削刃的曲线形状。钻头的前刀面是以切削刃为母线沿钻轴做螺旋运动形成螺旋槽,本文依此进行数学建模并编写Matlab程序,计算出切削刃上各点的前角,并对不同前角分布的微钻进行不锈钢钻削试验,由此可知微钻的前角分布对微钻寿命的影响。
The drilling process and the tool-life of micro-drill can be improved by validity of micro-dill rake angle so it is necessary to research the rake angle of micro-drill.DJCLY-92B was used to measure the point of the micro-drilling cutting edge,and the shape of the cutting edge were calculated through the three spline,which curved as the generatrix of the micro-drill face and screwed along the axes and generate the helicoid.The mathematic model and program was built up to work out the rake angle of micro-drill and to perform drill high-speed steel experiment with different rake angle.So we can know the effect of distribution of the rake angle on the tool-life.
