摘要
主要进行了从红参稀有皂苷20(S)-Rg3、20(R)-Rg3、Rg5和Rk1混合物中分离单体皂苷的研究。根据混合物在甲醇中各组分的溶解度不同,先分离出20(R)-Rg3,然后采用硅胶柱层析法分离20(S)-Rg3、Rg5和Rk1。从30 g红参稀有皂苷混合物中得到7.40 g纯度为64.0%的20(R)-Rg3粗品;10.9 g纯度为75.3%的20(S)-Rg3粗品;6.05 g的Rg5与Rk1的混合物。采用重结晶法分别对已分离出的20(S)-Rg3、20(R)-Rg3粗品各3 g进行精制,得到1.98 g纯度为94.6%的20(R)-Rg3和0.850 g纯度为95.1%的20(S)-Rg3。
Based on the solute difference in methanol,ginsenosides 20(S)-Rg3,20(R)-Rg3,Rg5 and Rk1 has been separated each other with silica gel column.7.40 g 20(R)-Rg3 with the purity of 64.0%,10.9 g 20(S)-Rg3 with the purity of 75.3%,and 6.05 g mixture of Rg5 and Rk1 were obtained from 30 g mixture.After that 20(S)-Rg3 and 20(R)-Rg3 were purified by crystallization and 0.850 g 20(S)-Rg3 with the purity of 95.1%,and 1.98 g 20(R)-Rg3 with the purity of 94.6% were obtained from 3 g 20(S)-Rg3 and 3 g 20(R)-Rg3 respectively.
