摘要
本研究通过测定混合菌的24 h--logIC50来确定不同结构苯酚类化合物的毒性。首先通过预试验确定浓度范围,在浓度范围内配置一定浓度梯度的毒物溶液,然后分别加入已接种汴河细菌的培养液中,同时设空白对照,在恒温箱中培养24 h后测定吸光度,并计算其吸光率。结果表明:取代苯酚类化合物对汴河水混合菌的毒性与取代基的种类和位置有关。甲基苯酚在不同取代位置的毒性顺序为间位>对位>邻位;硝基苯酚在不同取代位置的毒性顺序为对位>间位。当取代位置相同时,硝基苯酚的毒性明显大于甲基苯酚。
The acute toxicity of pohenolic compounds was determined by detecting the 24 h——logIC50.At first,the concentration range of the toxicant was determined though preliminary study,and then the toxicant solutions with concentration gradients were prepared,at last the culture of mixed bacteria in Bian River was added into the toxicant solutions.Distilled water was added into the control group instead of poison solution.The absorbance of culture solution was determined and calculated when it had been cultivated in the thermal incubator for 24 h.The results showed that the toxicity of substituted pohenolic compounds was directly related to the varieties and positions of the substituted groups.The toxicity of methyl phenol was determined by the position of methyl groups,and the order of toxicity was meta positioncontrapositionortho position.The toxicity of contraposition nitrophenol was stronger than that of meta position nitrophenol.When the position was same,the toxicity of nitrophenol was higher than that of methyl phenol.
