摘要
当前,我国中小企业的发展正面临前所未有的困境和挑战,正面临产业转型和升级的考验,有效获取并促进自主知识产权成长具有重要战略意义。本文从系统论的角度,构建了我国中小企业自主知识产权成长机制模型,分析了我国中小企业自主知识产权的三种成长机制,并初步探讨了它们的作用机理,提出了促进我国中小企业自主知识产权成长的对策,希望能够帮助中小企业提高自主知识产权的成长速度和成功概率。
Currently, SMEs in China are challenged by unexpected difficulties, and are facing the trial of industrial transfer and promotion. Therefore, it is of strategic significance to squire and promote the growth of independent intellectual property rights. This paper investigates the process from systematic theory＇ s point of view, establishes the model of the independent intellectual property growth mechanism of SMEs, analyses three growth mechanisms of the independent intellectual property of SMEs, researches the mechanism of them, and provides some countermeasures to promote the independent intellectual property growth of SMEs, with the hope to be useful for SMEs to improve the growth rate and success probability of independent intellectual property.
