血清PSA在前列腺癌筛查中的意义 被引量：4

摘要 目的:在健康体检中,肛门的指诊及前列腺B超检查阳性发现者,行血清PSA(前列腺特异性抗原)检查的重要性。方法:对5462人次血清PSA检查结果的分析。结果:5462例血清PSA检查中,阳性发现者42例。f-PSA(游离PSA)检查842例,阳性发现者16例。结论:血清PSA在体检中的重要性,与前列腺癌(PCa)呈正相关性。
