摘要
目的 总结３６ 例外伤性白内障ＩＯＬ 植入术的经验和体会。方法 手术显微镜下行现代白内障囊外摘除术，并根据外伤和术中具体情况植入人工晶体。结果 ３６ 例均较好地提高了视力。结论 外伤性白内障植入人工晶体可得到最佳手术效果。
Objective: To summarize the experiences of intraocular lens(IOL) implantation in 36 cases with traumatic cataract. Methods: Extracapsular cataract extractions (ECCE) were done under operating microscope in the 36 patients, and IOL implantation were also operated according to specific circumstances. Results: All the 36 patients had good vision after the operation. Conclusions: Implanting IOL in the treatment of traumatic cataract could achieve the best effects.
