摘要
目的了解用玻璃体切除器切除外伤性白内障的治疗效果。方法采用玻璃体切除器经平坦部或角膜缘切除外伤性白内障。结果经平坦部切除１０９例，经角膜缘切除２２例，同时植入人工晶体１１例。出院视力≥０．１者占５２．０１％；随访视力≥０．１者占７７．５５％。结论该术不发生玻璃体脱出，有利于保护角膜内皮，可减少术后炎症反应和散光，并可同时处理其并发症。手术并发症少。
ObjectiveTo determine the effect of lentectomy with vitrophage on the treatment of traumatic cataract.MethodsThe cataracts of 131 cases of traumatic origin were resected through pars plana or limbus incision with vitrophage.ResultsLentectomy through pars plana was performed on 109 cases,through limbus incision on 22 cases and intraocular lens implantation on 11 cases.Postoperative corrected vision≥0.1 was in 52.01%,and at follow up,77.55% of cases achieved corrected vision≥0.1.ConclusionVitreous loss doesn’t occur.This is procedure suitable to protect corneal endothelium and to decrease postoperative inflammatory reaction and astigmatism.Complications can be dealt with simultaneously.Less operative complications may occur.
