膜生物反应器用于沼液处理及膜污染控制研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 我国沼气工程沼液产生量巨大,还田利用无法广泛实施,需采用水处理技术,将其无害化处理,而膜生物反应器作为一种新型的水处理技术,具有出水水质好、结构紧凑等诸多特点。文章通过对大量的文献资料和研究结果进行分析,介绍了膜生物反应器用于沼液处理的现状与优势,阐述了应用膜生物反应器处理沼液的可行性,并针对膜污染—膜生物反应器应用中的最大限制因素,着重叙述了膜污染控制的五项措施。并建议在实际运行中,调控膜污染因素,使膜生物反应器长期、可持续运行。 The amount of biogas effluent in China is large and hard to apply it to farmland widely,needing to be treated to make it environmental soundness.The process of membrane bioreactor(MBR) is a new kind of wastewater treatment technique.It has the traits of good effluent quality,and compact structure,etc.Through the analysis of study results from literatures,and based on the status and advantages of MBR,the feasibility of MBR treating biogas effluent is discussed in this paper.As for membrane fouling,the biggest restricting factor for MBR utilization,5 measures for membrane fouling control are elaborated.Regulating and controlling the membrane fouling factors could make MBR operate in long-term and sustainably.
