摘要
采用膜生物反应器工艺建立了24m3/d的中水回用示范工程。对示范工程设计运行参数和污染物去除机理进行了探索,并进行了技术经济分析。结果表明系统出水浊度、BOD5、NH3-N分别为1.8NTU、7.2mg/L、1.69mg/L,总大肠菌未检出,出水无色无味,各项指标优于回用标准要求。膜生物反应器在有效去除常规污染物的同时,可以对致病菌和病毒进行有效截留。MBR用于生活污水处理和回用,在降低污染的同时可以带来一定的经济效益。
A24m^3/d demonstration project with MBR was established for treatment and muse of domestic sewage. The design, operating parameters of the project and mechanism of pollutant removal were enquired into with the analysis of technique and economy. It was shown that, in the system the effluent turbidity, BOD5, NH3-N were 1.8NTU, 7.2mg/L, 1.69mg/L respectively, colorless and tasteless in the effluent, no coliform being detectable; various indexes were superior to the requirements of water muse standard. MBR could effectively cutoff pathogen and virus while effectively removing common pollutants. MBR was applied to the treatment and reuse of domestic sewage to lower pollution and also bring a certain economic benefits.
