摘要
目的观察中药在保守治疗异位妊娠的价值。方法将46例异位妊娠符合保守治疗条件的患者分为两组,治疗组:中药+MTX+米非司酮,对照组:MTX+米非司酮,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组24例,治疗成功22例;对照组22例,治疗成功16例。两组成功率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中药在保守治疗异位妊娠中可提高治疗成功率、临床症状体征消失快、副反应轻。
Objective To observe the effect of conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 46 cases of ectopic pregnancy conditions consistent with conservative treatment were divided into two groups,the treatment group：Chinese medicine＋MTX＋mifepristone,the control group：MTX＋mifepristone,two group treatment effects were compared.Results 22 cases were successfully treated of the treatment group 24 cases,16 cases were successfully treated of the control group 22 cases,the two power components were significantly different（P0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of Chinese medicine in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy can increase the success rate of clinical symptoms body symptoms disappear quickly,side light.
