摘要
目的了解四川地区护理部主任的工作控制感现状,分析护理部主任人口学特征对工作控制感指标的影响,为提高各级医院护理部主任的管理有效性提供参考依据。方法对2010年9月参加四川省护理部主任培训的护理部主任进行整群抽样,采用Dwyer等设计的工作控制感量表进行调查。结果四川地区护理部主任的工作控制感水平的条目均分为(3.38±0.47)分,其文化程度、专业技术职称、所在医院等级与工作控制感呈正相关(r=0.294~0.336,P<0.05)。结论四川地区护理部主任的工作控制感处于中上水平,提高护理部主任的文化程度和专业技术职称可有助于增强其工作控制感。
Objective To understand nursing directors' job-control in Sichuan Province and analyze the influence of demographic characteristics on nursing directors' job-control level and to provide references for improving management efficiency of nursing directors.Methods All of the nursing directors attending training were surveyed with Job-control Questionnaire.Results The mean score of nursing directors' job-control was(3.38±0.47);there was positive correlations among nursing directors' educational background,professional title,the grade of hospital and their job-control(r=0.294~0.336,P0.05).Conclusion The general level of job-control of nursing directors in Sichuan Province is on the middle and above level.The improvement of nursing directors' educational degree and professional title can help increase their job-control.
