摘要
目的 改进白念珠菌鉴定方法。方法 设计奶粉吐温琼脂 (MTA)可一次鉴定白念珠菌的芽管和顶端厚壁孢子 ,并选择来源不同的 10 3株念珠菌 (白念珠菌 88株 ,克柔念珠菌、季也蒙念珠菌、近平滑念珠菌、热带念珠菌和乳酒念珠菌各 3株 )与灭活人血清和玉米吐温琼脂相比较。结果 88株白念珠菌在MTA上能产生芽管的有 69株 ,在灭活人血清上有 78株。MTA 2 4h能产生顶端厚壁孢子的菌株占 85 2 % ,明显优于玉米吐温琼脂 ( 4 6 6% ) ,48h和 72h两者间无差异。结论 MTA产生芽管和顶端厚壁孢子的能力不低于传统方法 ,且操作更为简便 ,在实际工作中有良好的应用前景。
Objective To improve the method of identifying Candida albicans Methods A new medium consisting of milk powder, Tween 80 and agar(milk tween agar, MTA) was designed for the development of both germ tube and chlamydoconidia by C albicans In total 103 isolates, including C albicans(88), C guilliermondii(3), C krusei(3), C parapsilosis(3), C tropicalis(3), and C keytr(3) were cultured on this medium,compared with those on corn meal tween agar medium or inactivated human sera Results The germ tube production by C albicans was seen in 69 out of 88 strains on MTA medium C albicans was found to be able to produce a higher percentage of chlamydoconidia(85 2%) after 24 hour incubation in MTA medium than in the conventional corn meal tween 80 medium(46 6%) Conclusion The new medium gives a signficantly higher percentage of germ tube and chlamydoconidia production,and can be used in the clinical mycology laboratory
