摘要
目的：探讨新鲜全血用于不同血细胞分析仪校准的可行性。方法：以KX-21血细胞分析仪作为参考比对仪器，应用新鲜全血对两台COULTER AC Tbiff2血细胞分析仪进行校准，监测仪器的稳定性和结果的准确性，根据监测结果校准仪器。结果：对COULTER AC Tbiff2血细胞分析仪指标系数进行调整后，本科室内3台血细胞分析仪检测结果具有可比性，可替换使用。结论：新鲜全血用于不同血细胞分析仪的校准可提高同一实验室不同仪器之间检测结果的准确性和一致性。
Objective： To investigate the feasibility of the calibration of hematology analyzers by fresh blood. Methods： The KX-21 hematology analyzer was selected as reference analyzer,and two COULTER AC Tbifl＇2 hematology analyzers were calibrated by fresh blood. Stability of the hematology analyzer and accuracy of the results were monitored, and to calibrate the hematology analyzer according to the result. Results： Items of these analyzers were calibrated. It showed that the results of the three analyzers of our division had good comparability and could be replaces by each other. Conclusion： To calibrate hematology analyzers with fresh blood can improve the accuracy of the hematology analyzer.
