摘要
目的 为了使4台血细胞分析仪检测结果一致且可以溯源到国际参考方法。方法 参照中华医学会检验分会血液分析仪校准规范化建议, 1台仪器用配套校准品校准后,定值1份新鲜血,再用这份新鲜血校准另外3台仪器。结果 3台仪器校准达到校准表要求。结论 仪器稳定性及重复性良好时,可用新鲜血校准多台仪器。
Objective To get same results from four hematology analyzers and trace the measure to the international reference standard. Methods According to the hematology analyzer calibration criterion suggested by Society of Medical Laboratory of Chinese Medical Association, one fresh blood sample was determined by one hematology analyzer calbirated with corresponding system calibrator, then the fresh blood was used to calibrate other four hematology analyzers. Results Three hematology analyzers matched with the calibration criterion. Conclusions When the hematology analyzers own good stability and precision, they can be calibrated by fresh blood.
