公安部门参与社区美沙酮维持治疗工作可行性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解公安部门参与美沙酮维持治疗工作情况,探索卫生与公安部门间的沟通与协调工作机制,创建良好的支持环境,更好地推动美沙酮维持治疗工作。方法:以门诊所在地公安机关干部为调查对象,采用调查问卷的方法。了解公安干警与美沙酮门诊工作联系情况、接受相关知识培训、对美沙酮维持治疗的知晓情况等。结果:共调查了269名公安干警,经常与门诊联系的占59.3%,接受过相关知识培训的占41.0%,对美沙酮维持治疗知晓率为21.6%.结论:有的地区公安部门配合不到位,通过转变传统的禁毒防艾观念、加强部门间的沟通与协调,将使美沙酮维持治疗工作更好地在艾滋病防治和禁吸戒毒工作中充分地发挥作用。 Objective :To explore the status of police participated in Methadone Maintenance Treatment(MMT) project and seek a mechanism to strengthen coordination between police and heakh department and set up good support environment to promote MMT. Methods A questionnaire including contaction with MMT clinics, be invited to relative training and awareness of MMT was designed and asked to be finished by police offi- cers. Results 269 police officers were interviewed. Of these officers, 59.3% contacted with MMT clinics, 41.0% attended relative training and 21.6% knew MMT. Conclusion There was no good coordination between police and health department in some districts. Changing traditional ideas and strengthening coordination between police and health department will help MMT better its role in'AIDS prevention and control and anti-drug campaign.
