摘要
目的识别线索诱发海洛因渴求参与的特异脑功能区。材料和方法选取海洛因依赖者和健康对照者,在观看自然风光和海洛因相关录像时进行全脑磁共振(MRI)扫描。比较不同受试组观看两组录像时激活脑区的差异,识别与线索诱发渴求有关的特异脑功能区。结果①参与线索诱发海洛因渴求反应的特异脑区主要集中在前额叶皮质和边缘系统。②患者的渴求程度与激活脑区总数目、激活总体积及某些脑区的激活体积成正相关。结论线索诱发海洛因渴求的特异激活脑区集中在前额叶和边缘系统。
Purpose:To identify the“specific”neuro-anatomy structure in cue-elicited heroin craving.Materials and Methods:30heroin addicts and health subjects had been scanned with3.0T MRI when they watched the vedio of natural scene and heroin-related cue.Brain activity was measured and compared in two groups of different stimulus with Statistical Parameter Mapping(SPM)software.Results:①The“specific”activation areas involving in cue-elicited heroin craving mostly locate prefrontal lobe and limbic lobe.②The numbers of activation and total volume of activation were positively correlated with the level of craving by self report.Meanwhile,six of the specific activiated areas were positively corˉrelated with self-report craving.③The volume of right amygdala in male subjects was larger than that in female subjects.But,the volume of left inferior frontal gyrus and medial frontal gyrus in male were less than that in female.Conclusion:The“specific”neuroanatomy structures mediated to cue-elicited heroin craving mostly locate prefrontal lobe and limbic system.
