钢板内固定法在手足短骨骨折治疗中的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨应用微型钢板内固定法治疗手足短骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:对我院2008年1月~2009年7月收治的63例手足短骨骨折患者采用微型钢板内固定治疗,观察其临床疗效。结果:63例患者均手术切口均获得一期愈合,无一例患者发生切口感染等并发症。63例患者均获得12~18个月门诊随访,经x线检查显示全部病例骨折愈合良好,未见骨折不愈合、延迟愈合,也无骨折畸形愈合,骨折愈合时间平均为(8.3±1.0)周。手部功能评定优者46例,良者4例,中者3例,差者0例,优良率为94.3%(50/53)。脚跖跗关节骨折脱位患者10例中功能评定优者5例,良者4例,中者1例,优良率为90.0%(9/10)。结论:微型钢板内固定法内固定效果可靠,手术疗效显著,患肢功能恢复好,可于临床推广并进一步应用。 Objective To investigate the treatment of mini-plate fixation of hone fractures hand, foot and short clinical efficacy. Methods From January 2008 ~July 2009 63 patients admitted to short-bone fractures were treated with hand-foot mini-plate fixation, clinical efficacy. Resuits were 63 patients have received a surgical incision healing, no case of wound infection and other complications in patients. 63 patients have received 12 to 18 months of outpatient follow-up, the X-ray examination showed good healing in all cases, no nonunion, delayed union, malunion and no fracture, fracture healing time average (8.3 ± 1.0) weeks. Excellent assessment of hand function in 46 cases, good in 4 cases in 3 cases and poor in 0 cases were excellent and good rate was 94.3% (50/53). Foot fracture and dislocation of tarsometatarsal joint in patients with functional evaluation of 10 cases excellent in 5 cases, good in 4 cases, in I case, the fine rate was 90.0% (9 / 10). Conclusion mini-plate fixation and internal fixation effect reliable operation a significant effect, limb function recovery, and can be applied in clinical practice and further.
