摘要
目前大学生就业难已成为我国社会的一个突出问题,而中小企业又面临着人才匮乏的现状。通过对大学生择业动机和离职倾向的研究,分析了中小企业人才缺失的制度、机制、企业文化等原因,提出了大学生就业难情景下的校企"互动—整合"人才战略模式,并提出相关的应对措施,对解决大学生就业难和中小企业人才缺失问题具有现实意义。
University Students Employment Difficulty has become a prominent issue in our society,while small and medium-sized enterprise(SME) is facing a talent shortage.Having researched the university students' career motivation and turnover intention,this paper analyzes the reason of a talent shortage of SME,such as its system,mechanism and corporate culture,then proposes a talent strategy mode between university and enterprise in a "Interaction-Integration" way and concretes corresponding measures.This paper has a practical significance to solve the university students employment difficulty and the talent shortage of SME.
