摘要
运用问卷调查法,了解当代大学生工作价值观的现状,分析性别、政治面貌等一些背景变量所导致的大学生工作价值观上的差异,研究了工作价值观与择业倾向之间的关系,从而为大学生树立正确的工作价值观和择业观提供理性指导,有利于实现个人与组织的发展目标。
Through questionnaire investigation, the paper attempts to ascertain the current situation of modem college students＇working values, analyze the differences on working values caused by gender and political affiliation etc, besides the paper explores the relationship between students＇working values and their career inclination, thus aims to provide the rational guide for college students on working values and career choice, which is also beneficial to achieve the individual and community＇s development aims.
