摘要
为了"按客户订单组织生产",优化和提升企业的内部业务流程,合理配置资源,提高效率和效益,实现对市场的快速响应,提出产销衔接模型。模型结合当前中烟公司的实际需求,设计出一套算法,并利用一元线性回归模型实现短期的滚动预测,在滚动预测的基础上,确定日均销量和期末库存,最终确定投放量,根据每日投放量编排滚动生产计划,确保产品工业存货不断档,最大限度保证商业企业的需求。
This paper proposes a link-up model of production and sales in order to organize production according to customer orders,optimize and upgrade the company＇s internal business processes.In this model,an algorithm is designed according to the tobacco company＇s actual needs,and the short-term rolling forecast is achieved using a linear regression model.On the basis of the rolling forecast,the average daily sales and ending stocks are determined,and then the putting amount is determined.The rolling production plan can be arranged according to the daily putting amount so that the product of the tobacco factories can not out of stock and can meet the needs of the tobacco commerce companies.
