摘要
高校酒店管理专业的人才培养模式,对培养出的学生能否适应国际酒店业人才需求有十分重要的作用。在对人才培养模式进行理论界定的基础上,通过对目前我国几种主要的酒店管理人才培养模式进行比较,分析我国酒店管理专业人才培养中被学校和企业忽视的问题,由此提出关于我国高校酒店管理人才培养模式改革方面的建议,并探讨适合我国高校酒店管理专业发展特点的、科学的人才培养模式。
The kind of Talent-Cultivating Pattern on Hotel Management in Higher Institutions is very important to cultivate students to adapt the demand of international hotel industry.Based on the theory definition of Talent-Cultivating Pattern,through compared with several main kinds of Talent-Cultivating Pattern of Hotel Management in our country,the paper analyzes the problems which are neglected by the school and the enterprise,from this,obtains the reform suggestion to Talent-Cultivating Pattern of Hotel Management in Institutions of Higher in China,and then discusses the scientific Talent-Cultivating Pattern which can suit the development characteristic of Hotel Management in Higher Institutions in China.
