摘要
今年夏季长江继 １９５４ 年后再次发生全流域性特大洪灾， 沿江尤其是中游干流堤防经受了历史上最为严峻的考验， 而日益严重的环境地质问题是洪灾加剧的重要原因。本文根据现有资料， 对长江中下游的水土流失、江湖淤积、地面沉降等环境地质问题作了分析， 并阐述其对防洪工程的影响。
