摘要
地质灾害的孕育与发展过程具有诸多不确定性,借助处理系统不确定性问题的"集对分析"理论,剖析了地质灾害防治中相关因素及其作用与转化,提出了经济社会发展、资源开发利用与生态环境保护相互协同的优态共存准则,有助于促进地质灾害防治。
The gestation and progress process of geological disaster have many uncertainties. Using theory of Set Pair Analysis （SPA） as study uncertainties problem in systems engineering, all correlation factors and its effect and transform are analyzed. Superior coexistence criterion of cooperate with economy-society development and natural resource exploitation and geo-environment protection is advanced. It shall contribute to geological disaster prevention.
