摘要
着重从价值观与思维模式的角度， 并以天津为例， 探讨了在大规模城市开发中城市设计往往不尽如人意的根源， 指出大规模城市再开发的思维模式与 “新城模型” 是一致的。认为纯粹规划的结构是有限度的。建议规划的与非规划的结构应同样受到尊重， 如何维护及促发新的自发秩序， 将是我们未来城市设计工作的重要环节——— “设计控制” 工作的新课题。
The sources of the unsatisfied factors are explored from the respects of values and thinking models especially in the largescale project of urban development and urban design with Tianjing as an example. The paper points out that the new type of town is consistent with the thinking model of the urban redevelopment in large scale. The structure of pure planning is considered limited, the developments of planned and unpanned be both respected. How to maintain and promote the new spontaneous order is an important link or design control that can de regarded as a new subject of our work.
