摘要
目的:遵循几何原理改良下三角瓣法及L瓣法联合应用极大提高单侧完全性唇裂的手术效果。方法:通过几何原理,分析了唇裂设计中鼻小柱基部与患侧鼻翼基部的定点变化规律,阐明了唇裂畸形的本质,提出了遵循几何原理的改良下三角瓣法,联合患侧唇缘L瓣法修复单侧完全性唇裂唇、鼻畸形。结果:采用改良下三角瓣法联合L瓣法整复,手术效果满意,能较好恢复上唇两侧唇部及鼻部对称性的病例,占90%以上。结论:改良下三角瓣法各个定点都较明确,有严格的理论基础,整复效果稳定可靠,再结合L瓣法,能显著地纠正单侧完全性唇裂畸形。
Objective： To explore the modified inferior triangular flap method combined with L flap method in the treatment unilateral cleft lip repair.Methods： The mark point systems of columella base and injured alar base were analysed with geometric principle.We advocated the modified inferior triangular flap method following geometric principle to combine with L flap method in injured lip unilateral cleft lip and nose repair.Results： It was found that the function was satisfactory.Symmetry was recovered,and the recovery rate was more than ninety percent.Conclusion： This technique is an available method to repair the cleft lip for its definite mark point and strict theory base.
