摘要
目的:根据单侧完全性唇裂的畸形特点,探讨更加合理而有针对性的个体化单侧完全性唇裂修复术式。方法:采用遵循几何原理的改良下三角瓣法对95例单侧完全性唇裂患儿进行手术修复,阐明遵循几何原理的改良下三角瓣法手术设计思路和操作要点。结果:随访例数93例,85例整复效果满意,较好恢复上唇三角形两侧唇部的对称性,占90%以上。结论:采用遵循几何原理的改良下三角瓣法修复单侧完全性唇裂,可以获得良好的手术整复效果。
Objective：To formulate a reasonable and effective individual operation design that can be adaptable to complete unilateral cleft lip according to the characteristics of deformity.Methods：95 patients with complete unilateral cleft lip were repaired with the modified inferior triangular flap method following geometric principle to clarify the operation design and technical key points of this technique.Results：93 cases were followed up,and it was found that the function in 85 cases was satisfying by this procedure.Symmetry was recovered,and the success rate was more than ninty percents.Conclusion：This technique is an available method to repair the complete unilateral cleft lip.
