摘要
目的 探讨骨肿瘤X线征象与肿瘤细胞增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)表达间的相互关系。方法 分析 3 4例骨肿瘤X线表现 ,根据病变的性质、边界、骨皮质的完整性、病变大小 ,以及有无骨膜反应、软组织肿块和是否存在病理骨折等分类 ;应用免疫组化的方法测定肿瘤细胞PCNA阳性率的表达。结果 经统计学分析 ,PCNA阳性率与病变的性质、大小、骨皮质的完整性以及是否存在病理骨折密切相关 ;与软组织肿块、有无骨膜反应及病变边界无关。结论 从细胞分子水平证明 ,分析骨肿瘤的X线征象 ,有助于了解肿瘤细胞的增殖能力 ,指导临床采取正确的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the relationship between bone tumor X ray characteristics and tumor cell proliferation cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) expression Methods Analysing the X ray manifestations of 34 bone tumor Classfying them according to the nature of disease, edge, cortical bone integrity, periosteal reaction, tumor size, soft tissue mass, and pathological fracture Tumor cell PCNA expression was determined with immunohistochemical method Results The PCNA positive expression rate was related to the tumor nature, size, bone integrity and pathological fracture, but not related with the soft tissue mass, periosteal reaction and the tumor edge Conclusions The results indicate that it is helpful to analyse the X ray manifestions of bone tumor carefully for better understanding of tumor cell proliferation ability
