摘要 随着我国经济体制的变革及医疗卫生体制改革的深化,我国医疗市场营销体系正在逐渐建立,医疗市场之间的竞争给非营利医院的发展带来了机遇,同时也带来了挑战和一系列问题。非营利医院作为市场营销的一部分,其应该实施有效的营销策略来进一步开拓医疗服务市场。文章通过对目前我国非营利医院所存在的问题运用现代营销理论和方法并借鉴国外医院营销经验来制定合理的营销策略为手段。提高医疗服务质量,满足人民对医疗服务行业的需求并提出有效的营销策略。从而达到促进我国非营利医院卫生事业的发展及逐步完善医疗服务体系的目的。 With our economic system reform of the medical and health system reform deepens,the marketing of medical care system is gradually been established,the medical market competition between the hospital for the development of the department has also brought opportunities and challenges and problems.Non-profit hospital as marketing,it should implement effective marketing policy to further expand the medical of the service market.The text of the department of our hospitals use of the problem of modern marketing theory and methods and marketing experience in this hospital to make a sound marketing policy as means.Improve the quality of medical services,medical services industry to meet the needs of the proposed effective marketing.And encourage our hospitals and health department's career development and improve the medical services system.
