摘要
放射性肺损伤是胸部肿瘤放射治疗难以避免的并发症,肺组织受到一定剂量射线照射后,引起肺内效应细胞产生释放多种细胞因子,启动炎症反应和成纤维细胞分裂增殖进而形成肺组织纤维化,严重影响患者的生活质量、治疗及预后。笔者在总结了近年来放射性肺损伤的发生机制、病理学变化、影像学改变和中西医防治的基础上,提出中西医结合防治放射性肺损伤的部分观点,希望能对放射性肺损伤的防治工作有所帮助。
Radiation-induced Lung Injury is an inevitable side effect of thoracic radiotherapy for breast neoplasm.During the procedure of radiotherapy,parts of normal lung tissue will be exposed inevitably,which can cause pulmonary cells produce variety of effect cytokines,start the inflammation and fibroblasts split proliferation,then forms the lung tissue fibrosis.Radiation-induced lung injure effect life quality,treatment and prognosis of the patient deeply.The writer in this paper summarized the radioactive lung damage occurs mechanism,the pathological changes,the imaging appearance,the prevention and the treatment.Then put forward some viewpoints of integrate traditional Chinese and western medicine to prevent and cure radioactive lung damage.In order to provide theoretical basis for further research.
