摘要
目的:优选肠腹宁颗粒最佳提取工艺。方法:以浸泡时间、加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数为考察因素,以白头翁皂苷B4的含量为评价指标,用正交试验优选提取工艺。结果:提取工艺为浸泡45 min,加水15倍量,分2次煎煮,每次煎煮40 min。结论:优选得到的工艺稳定、可行,重现性好。
OBJECTIVE：To optimize the extraction technology of Changfuning granules.METHODS：The extraction technology was optimized with soaking time,amount of water,decocting time and decocting times as factors and using the content of pulchinenoside B4 as index.RESULTS：The optimal extraction technology was as follows：soaking for 45 min,adding 15-folds water,decocting twice,decocting for 40 each time.CONCLUSION：The optimum extraction is stable,feasible and reproducible.
