时空亏缺滴灌对青椒叶绿素荧光动力学参数影响的试验研究 被引量:4

Experimental Study on Effect of Space-time Deficit Drip Irrigation on Kinetic Parameters of Chlorophyll Fluorescence

摘要 利用叶绿素荧光仪研究了时空亏缺滴灌对设施栽培青椒叶绿素荧光动力学参数不同生育阶段的影响。结果表明,FO,FM,FV均随着灌水量的减少呈上升趋势,其中除了苗期FO均以对照最低,表明适宜水量能减少对青椒PSⅡ的伤害。FV/FO和FV/FM的变化规律与FO,FM,FV相反,处理2复水后在结果后期FV/FO和FV/FM均大于其他处理,因此可在开花坐果期进行时空亏缺滴灌,使复水后PSⅡ活性变化提高,提高光合速率。 Based on field experimental data gained at automatization greenhouse in water-saving park of Hohai University,the effect of the kinetics parameters of chlorophyll fluorescence of space-time deficit drip irrigation for green pepper in various growing phases was studied.The result showed that FO,FM and FV showed gradually increased tendency with the reduction of irrigation amount,the FO of CK was the lowest in addition to seedling stage.These indicated that the optimum amount of water could reduce the damage of green pepper PSⅡ.The changing regularity of FV/FO and FV/FM was in contradiction to FO,FM,FV.Treatment 2 were the highest among the FV/FO and FV/FM in other irrigation treatments.Therefore,the space-time deficit drip irrigation could be used in bloom and fruit setting stage,then the change of PSⅡ activity increased after rehydration,so as to reach the effect of water saving and yield without losses.
