摘要
文章介绍了利用Falcon强化重力分选机对皖南细粒煤进行了分选脱硫试验,探讨了四个操作参数对离心分选脱硫效果的影响。采用浮选分布释放试验与Falcon离心分选试验进行了对比分析,结果表明:Falcon离心分选脱硫要优于常规浮选;在给料速度为3.94L/min、入料浓度为10%、冲水压力为4psi、转动频率为40Hz时综合脱硫效率最大,达到63.22%。
The paper introduced the application of the Falcon intensified gravity separator to the separation desulfurization experiment of fine coal from South Anhui and discussed the four operation parameters affected to the centrifugal separation desulfurization effect. A comparison analysis was conducted on the flotation distribution releasing experiment and the Falcon centrifugal separation experiment. The result showed that the Falcon centrifugal separation desulfurization would be better than the conventional floatation. When the feeding speed was 3.94L/min, the density of the feeding was 10%, the water flushing pressure was 4 psi and the rotary frequency was 40Hz, the comprehensive desulfurization efficiency would be max and could reach at 63.22%.
