摘要
采用ADAMS多体动力学仿真软件搭建MT-2型重载货车缓冲器的虚拟样机模型,在不同锤高和不同冲击速度下进行落锤试验和冲击试验的仿真分析,并与试验结果进行对比。仿真和试验结果有利于改进MT-2型重载货车缓冲器的性能,同时可为重载货车纵向动力学的深入研究以及重载货车缓冲器的设计制造提供实验参考。
A virtual prototype model of MT-2 draft gear for heavy haul freight cars was established based on the ADAMS software. The simulation analyses of the stroke testing and the impact testing were carried out under the conditions of different hammer heights and different impact velocities. The simulation results were compared with the experimental results. The performance of MT-2 draft gear for heavy haul freight cars can be improved according to the simulation and experimental results. The simulation and experimental results can provide references for intensive study on dynamics of heavy haul freight cars and design of the draft gear.
