摘要
以上海IC创新集群为研究对象,通过设计问卷和实际调研,对上海IC创新集群的构成要素进行分析。在此基础上,构建构成要素的创新模型,并运用统计方法进行论证,为创新集群优化升级提供依据。
This paper uses Shanghai IC innovation cluster as the research object. Through design of questionnaires and field research, the paper analyzes elements of Shanghai IC innovation clusters. On this basis, the paper builds an innovation model of the elements, demonstrates the model by statistical methods, and provides the basis for the optimization and upgrading of innovation clusters.
