摘要
汽车开发过程需要进行性能管理,整车性能经理(VPM)担任性能开发的管理工作,通过建立性能开发团队,在获取市场部输入以及项目的需求后,编制性能开发目标即整车技术规范(VTS),然后围绕VTS进行性能开发,在每个项目节点进行性能评审和领导评审,汇报性能状态,跟踪解决性能问题,使得整车性能开发及时达到目标,符合设计要求。
Vehicle performance development is important to vehicle development,and it is a typical technology management process.The paper expounds the entire process of the performance development goals put forward by the market and project through the establishment of performance development team and development goal,organization of VPIT meeting and tracking process and balancing the performance development conflict.
