摘要
建筑安全影响因素分析常用经典因子分析法,其结果易受异常值的干扰。将模糊因子分析模型引入到建筑安全成本研究中,通过迭代计算,可显著减小病态数据的干扰,提高分析结果的准确性。在分析影响建筑企业安全成本的诸多相关因素的基础上,建立模糊因子模型,计算模糊特征值、特征根、特征向量、模糊因子荷载、累计方差贡献率及模糊因子得分,分析后得到命名度清晰的8个公共因子,并针对这些因子提出建筑企业降低安全成本的相应措施,为进一步量化建筑企业安全成本奠定基础。
The Classical Factor Analysis Model(CFAM) is usually employed to analyze the factors influencing construction safety.But the accuracy is seriously affected by interference information in CFAM.To deal with this problem,a Fuzzy Factor Analysis Model(FFAM) is proposed.Effects of interference information can be greatly reduced,and the result will be more accurate by iterative computation in FFAM,which is established by calculating fuzzy eigenvalue,fuzzy covariance matrix,factor loading matrix,the cumulating contribution rate and fuzzy factor score,based on the relevant factors affecting the safety cost of construction enterprises.Eight common factors are obtained by using the developed FFAM.Measures to lower safety cost are suggested,to pave the way for further study of the quantitative analysis of the safety costs of construction enterprises.
