超氧化物歧化酶同工酶异常表达与活性的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 目的对超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)同工酶的异常表达及其活性进行归纳总结,为其抗氧化和抗凋亡研究提供参考。方法查阅近年来研究文献,综述了国内外对3种SOD同工酶在不同病理情况和不同物质诱导下血清或组织中异常表达和异常活性的研究内容。结果近几年有关SOD同工酶(Cu,Zn-SOD、Mn-SOD和EC-SOD)特别是Mn-SOD在心、肝和脑等组织缺血(缺氧)再灌(复氧)等氧化损伤、糖尿病和肿瘤发展等的表达和活性的变化较为复杂,在不同的病理下或不同物质诱导下SOD同工酶的表达或活性会出现不同的变化。这些变化是由于机体的抗氧化或抗凋亡能力改变所致。结论 SOD同工酶在不同的病理条件和不同物质诱导下,其表达的数量和活性是不同的,这将对于疾病诊断、治疗、预后和新药的研究与开发提供重要参考,也将为抗氧化和抗凋亡的研究提供参考。
