摘要
军事物流发展策略是推动军事物流发展的关键,在整体推进全面建设现代后勤、引领军事物流沿着正确道路持续发展方面具有十分重要的作用,必须采取切实可行的发展策略,推动军事物流科学发展。文章指出,扎实推进军事物流科学发展,一要坚持军民结合、互促共赢的发展策略,理顺军民物流联合发展机制,搞好军地物流联合演练,探索军地应急物流发展规律。二要坚持创新机制、综合集成的发展策略,集成各类技术,形成主动配送式物流服务机制;集成信息技术,形成感知调控的物流运行机制;集成供应链,形成服务接力的物流保障机制;集成各专业力量,形成协调联动的物流指挥机制。三要坚持科技进步、信息制胜的发展策略,积极开展学术交流,加快研发军事物流科技成果;围绕三大功能,加强军事物流信息化建设;积极做好准备,迎接物联网技术应用的挑战。四要抓住重点工程(应急物流工程、智力开发工程、仓储转型工程、活性建设工程),坚持重点突破、扎实推进的发展策略。五要坚持以人为本、和谐持续的发展策略,讲求适应策略,创造绿色物流,发展物流文化,提倡高品位管理。
Strategies on how to develop military logistics is the key for promoting the development of military logistics,and it is of great significance for promoting the development of modern logistics support system and leading the sustainable development of military logistics.We should adopt the feasible strategies to promote the development of military logistics.First,we should adhere to the principle of ＂promoting integrated military and civilian development＂;second,we should adhere the innovation system and integrated different kinds of technologies;third,we should adhere to the scientific and technological process;fourth,we should pay more attention to the key projects,such as the emergency logistics project,the intellectual development project,and the storage transformation project;and fifth,we should adhere to the principle of ＂putting people first＂ and ＂the harmonious and sustainable development＂.
