摘要
阐述了农业保险服务社会主义新农村建设的路径:保障农业生产;促进农村经济发展;促进农村社会管理;健全农村社会保障体系。提出了加快农业保险发展的对策:完善农业保险补贴制度;发挥政府的主导作用;加强农险产品与经营管理创新;建立有效的农业巨灾风险分散机制。
The agricultural insurance services in the path of socialist new rural construction are expounded in this paper to ensure agricultural production,to promote rural economic development,to promote rural social management and to improve rural social security system.Measures to speed up the development of agricultural insurance are proposed： to improve the agricultural insurance system,to play the leading role of the government,to strengthen the agricultural insurance products and management innovation and to establish an effective mechanism for catastrophic risk diversification of agriculture.
