摘要
针对节能降耗已成为当代的重大任务和挑战,以四川省为例,在分析2005~2009年工业发展的基础上,构建了经济效益最大化、能源消费最小化的双向耦合优化模型,提出了工业结构优化调整方案,并分析测算了＂十二五＂的工业结构节能潜力。
Aiming at the situation that energy saving and emissions reduction have become the contemporary major task and challenge,taking the Sichuan Province for an example,this paper builds the bidirectional coupling optimization model on the basis of analysis of industrial development in Sichuan Province from 2005 to 2009,which is considered both ways of maximum economy benefit and minimum energy consumption.The scheme of industrial structure adjustment and optimization is put forward and the energy saving potential during period of twelfth five-year planis is estimated through industrial structure adjustment.
