摘要
在分析系统“顺”、“逆”向优化方法优、缺点的基础上，将两者结合起来，建立了以多目标规划和系统分解协调优化为主体的系统双向耦合优化方法来研究区域工业结构与环境质量的关系，利用所提出的耦合公式寻求具有系统顺、逆向双重优化意义的工业产值和污染物排放量的区间值．并对广东省淡澳地区进行了实例研究。
Based on the results of analysis on two optimization methods of 'consequent' and 'obserquent', a 'two way' coupling optimization method and program was developed according to the principle of multi objective planning and system resolving coordination. The relations between regional industrial structure and environmental quality was studied using the method. Finally , a case study in Danao region in Guangdong Province was carried out.
