摘要
为解决火力发电厂混煤的可磨性指数问题,探讨了单煤及几种不同质量配比的混煤在哈氏可磨性指数测定仪中的粉碎机理,并研究了几种混煤的哈氏可磨性指数(HGI)与加权平均HGI的关系,同时对引起这种变化关系的原因进行了分析.结果表明:单煤和混煤的粉碎过程均以体积粉碎为主,表面粉碎为辅;随着混煤中难磨煤的增加,表面粉碎有所增加;在混煤混合粉碎的过程中,难磨煤对易磨煤的细颗粒深度粉碎有促进作用;选择合适的煤种及混配比例,可以提高混煤的可磨性指数.
In order to study the Hardgrove grindability index(HGI) of blended coals used in thermal power plants,crushing mechanisms of each individual coal and blended coals with different blending ratios were investigated via a HGI analyzer.Relationship between HGI of blended coals and their weighted average HGI was studied, to which the variation reasons were analyzed.Results show that the grinding process of both individual coal and blended coals is mainly of the bulk crushing type,supplemented by surface crushing.With rising blending ratios of coal that is hard to be ground,the surface crushing gradually increases;during crushing of blended coals,the coal that is hard to be ground will further grind the fine particles that are easy to be ground.The grindability of blended coals can be improved by choosing appropriate coal categories and the blending ratios.
