俄罗斯煤和平朔煤混煤的粉碎机理和可磨性规律研究 被引量:11

摘要 煤的哈氏可磨性指数(HGI)是煤磨碎过程中的一个重要参数,为进一步研究单煤及其混煤的磨碎过程和可磨性变化规律,采用哈氏可磨性指数测定仪对俄罗斯煤和平朔煤及这两种煤的不同比例的混煤进行HGI测定,并用激光粒度仪对粉碎后的煤样进行粒度分析。试验结果表明,俄罗斯煤和平朔煤在哈氏可磨仪中的粉碎过程由体积粉碎和表面粉碎组成,其中以体积粉碎为主,而它们混煤的粉碎过程呈表面粉碎增加的趋势;且混煤经过哈氏可磨仪磨碎后的煤粉颗粒分布趋向两极化;两种可磨性较差的煤混配起来的煤种可能变得较易磨细,选择合适的质量配比比例可以提高混煤的可磨性指数。 The grindability of coal is an important parameter in pulverized coal utilities. For further discuss, experiments were conducted in a standard Hardgrove apparatus on two individual coals (Russian coal and Pingshuo coal) and several blends prepared at various blending ratios. Meanwhile, the particle size distribution of pulverized coal was analyzed by Laser Particle Size Analyzer. The results indicated the similarity of the pulverization mechanism of two separate coals, where the volume pulverization accounted for the major pathway. However, there lied a tendency from volume pulverization pathway to surface pulverization pathway in blended coals. The size distribution of pulverized by standard Hardgrove apparatus inclined to polarize compared to single coals on Laser Particle Size Analyzer. Moreover, a certain ratio of blending coal could improve HGI, which implied more facility of the pulverization of coals.
