摘要
目的了解老年高血压患者的服药依从性及社会支持情况，探讨两者之间的关系及影响依从性的因素，有针对性地采取措施以提高患者的服药依从性，促进其康复。方法采用高血压患者服药依从性Morisky量表和社会支持评定量表（SSRS）及自行设计的有关患者一般情况的调查表调查在福建省3所三级甲等医院门诊跟踪治疗的82例老年高血压患者。结果老年高血压患者服药依从性评分为（2．79±1．44）分，依从性佳占46．3％，依从性差占53．7％。社会支持总分（29．62±6．21）分，三个维度得分分别为主观支持（16．29±3．44）分、客观支持（7．12±2．10）分、支持的利用度（6．21±2．67）分。服药依从性与社会支持总分及利用维度呈正相关，相关系数分别为0．221，0．220（P〈0．05）。影响患者服药依从性的主要因素有疾病知识的了解程度和文化程度。结论医护人员要协助老年高血压患者争取更多的社会支持，加强健康教育，针对不同的文化程度患者设计适合的健康教育计划以提高患者的服药依从性。
Objective To explore the medication compliance in elderly hypertension patients, to identify the influencing of factors medication compliance, in order to provide basis for improving medication compliance and rehabilitation of the patients. Methods 82 elderly hypertension outpatients from three third-grade class-A hospitals in Fujian Province were investigated by Morisky medication compliance scale, social support rating scale （SSRS） and self-designed general condition questionnaire. Results The score of medication compliance in elderly hypertension patients was （2.79 ± 1.44）, of which 46.3% was identified as fine compliance and 53.7% as poor compliance. Social support scored （29.62 ± 6. 21 ）, and scores of three dimensions were： （ 16.29 ± 3.44） for subjective support, （7.12 ±2.10） for objective support and （6.21 ±2.67） for support utilization. Medication compliance was positively correlated with social support and support utilization, the correlation coefficients were 0.221, 0.220, respectively （P 〈 0. 05）. The main factors affecting the patients＇ medication compliance were cognition on the related knowledge and education level. Conclusions Medical staff should help elderly hypertensiort patients obtain more social support and provide more health education for them, especially pertinent health education program to improve medication compliance according to patients＇ education level.
