摘要
针对水资源系统阐述了大系统多目标规划和风险决策两学科的研究任务和内容，两学科有很多交叉，风险决策应以多目标规划为基础；对两学科理论和方法的国内外研究现状和发展动态分别进行了回顾和综述，展望了该学科的发展趋势，认为有必要将多目标规划和风险决策结合起来作为一门新型的交叉学科来研究．
Both large scale system multiobjective programming(LSSMP) and risk decision making (RDM) are studied.First,the content and the task of LSSMP and RDM are introduced.It is pointed out that although the two subjects have overlaping area,RDM is based on LSSMP.Second,the present situation and recent developments in LSSMP and RDM theory and methodology are reviewed.Third,the development tendency of the subjects is prospected.it is suggested that LSSMP and RDM be combined into a new inter disciplinary subject.
