摘要
介绍地理信息科学和3 S( R S, G P S, G I S) 的概念及其在海岸环境调查与动态监测、海岸与近海动力模拟、水下地形三维显示与演进模拟、海岸带地理信息系统建设、海岸带开发与管理等方面的应用.讨论遥感技术在海洋信息( 包括水深、悬沙浓度、波浪、潮汐等) 提取上的优劣之处,提出可能的改进方向,并从数据精度与规范、 G I S 分析功能、模型整合与嵌套三方面对地理信息科学与海岸工程研究的集成进行探讨.
Some fundamental concepts of geo informatics including RS,GIS and GPS are introduced.The techniques and methods of geo informatics can be employed widely in coast engineering study,such as stimulation of marine topography and its evolution, analysis of marine fluids and dynamics field,construction of coast GIS,survey of coastal and marine environment GIS supported coastal zone development and management,and so on.Some advantages and disadvantages of RS techniques employed in coastal environment survey are analyzed in detail.The key to the above mentioned application depends on the integration of geo informatics and coast engineering,especially on data,GIS and spatial models.
